KAF Brief showing a meeting recap, decisions and actions on Mac

One quiet workspace

Useful during the meeting—and after it.

KAF Brief stays out of the call, then gives you a dependable record you can read, question or hear.

01 · Bot-free capture

No extra attendee

On Mac, capture your microphone and the meeting audio already playing from Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and other apps.

02 · Clear follow-through

Recaps that lead somewhere

Bring the transcript, key points, decisions and action items into one restrained view.

03 · Listen your way

Recap, transcript or podcast

Hear meetings and documents as recaps, transcripts or two-voice Audio Overviews on your Mac.

04 · One organised library

Your work, together

Keep meetings and documents in your own iCloud-backed Mac library, under your control.

Documents

Bring the file. Keep the meaning.

Import PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Markdown, text, RTF, spreadsheets, images and supported media. Read the extracted text, ask a question or create a two-voice Audio Overview.

Privacy by design

Your content remains under your control.

Speech transcription runs on the Apple device. The launch build has no advertising, behavioural tracking or developer-operated content backend. Your optional library sync uses your own iCloud account.

Supported Apple Intelligence devices can provide on-device generative features. Core recording, transcription, import and playback remain available without them.

How KAF Brief handles data

Record responsibly

Clear consent is part of good meeting practice.

Tell participants when you are recording and obtain any consent required by law, workplace policy or your organisation. KAF Brief shows a visible recording state, but the decision to record remains yours.
